In 24 of the 32 floors of this development, the Waldorf Astoria will feature 232 rooms including 21 suites and apartments, a big 330 m² ball room, 5 conference rooms,an exclusive stylish restaurant named “les Solistes” , a roof terrace on the sixth floor and the first lavish spa and wellness area “Guerlain” in Germany. The guests on the last floors will have through their windows stupendous views of Berlin’s iconic sights.

In reference to the old and venerable Hotel Waldorf-Astoria in New York, the entry hall, « Peacock Alley », will be designed as a patio with a lot of marble and a reproduction of the famous « Grandfather’s Clock »in Art Deco style. Next to the lobby will be located the cafe «Romanische » which will remind of the legendary 1920s meeting point for the capital’s intellectuals, artists ,writers and personalities like Erich Kästner, Bertolt Brecht, George Grosz, Max Liebermann or Erich Maria Remarque.

One of the highlights of this hotel will be the restaurant « Les Solistes » which will be led by the famous chef Pierre Gagnaire. One of the most influential chefs worldwide, ‘The culinary Picasso’ will spoil the guests in a relaxed atmosphere with exquisite dishes and savors from the entire world.
